Update on Tree Trimming Schedule

Dear Patios on the Park Residents,

We hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of our community, we want to inform you of a change in the schedule for the professional tree trimming company.

Unfortunately, the company will not be starting work as originally planned on Monday, August 19, 2024. Due to unforeseen circumstances, their arrival has been delayed, and they are now expected to begin by the end of this week. However, we do not have a definitive start date at this time.

Why This Is Important

As we approach the peak of hurricane season, it’s crucial that we take proactive steps to minimize potential hazards. Overgrown trees can become dangerous during high winds, potentially causing damage to homes, vehicles, and power lines. By trimming these trees, we can significantly reduce the risk of damage and keep our neighborhood safe.

What to Expect

Updated Start Date: now scheduled to potentially begin work on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, or Wednesday, August 28th, 2024.

Duration: The trimming process is expected to take several days, depending on weather conditions.

Areas Affected: The company will be working throughout the entire community, focusing on trees that are close to homes, streets, and common areas.

Please be aware that there may be some temporary disruptions, such as noise from equipment and restricted access to certain areas while work is in progress. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation during this time.

How You Can Help

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please avoid parking vehicles near trees that are scheduled to be trimmed. If you have any specific concerns about trees near your property, feel free to contact the HOA Board so we can address them with the trimming company.

Thank You for Your Cooperation

Your safety is our top priority, and we believe these efforts will help protect our community as we prepare for the hurricane season. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to make Patios on the Park a safer place for everyone.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Best regards,

Patios on the Park HOA Board
